Auction Rules1. Posting Policy
Only bids are allowed in auction threads. Any non-bid posts by non-moderators will be removed.
2. Bid Format
All bids must follow the format shown in the original post.
Example:
Code: Select all
Name: First Last
Bid: $XXX,XXX
All bids are final and cannot be edited or withdrawn.
Tampering with your bid (editing or deleting) will result in a ban from current and future auctions.
4. Market Price Responsibility
Final bid amounts must include the market price multiplier.
Players are responsible for ensuring they can cover both the market price and bid total.
5. Financial Requirements
Funds must be available on the bidding character at the time of the bid.
Money in savings, paychecks, or other accounts does not qualify.
6. Ownership Limits
You may not bid on a complex if you already own two complexes across any characters.
7. Bidding Conduct
Minimum bid increments are listed in the auction’s original post.
Violations may result in warnings or temporary forum bans.
8. Auction Duration
Each auction opens with a 72-hour minimum bidding period.
Afterward, a 24-hour countdown begins after the latest top bid.
If no new bids are placed within that time, the highest bid wins.
9. Multiple Auctions
Players may bid on multiple auctions simultaneously, provided they can afford all active bids and stay within property ownership limits.
You may hold only one winning bid at a time.
10. Character Changes
If you character kill or rename the character holding the top bid, report your post immediately and notify the admin team.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the auction and administrative penalties.
