1. GENERAL RULES
- 1.1 Use common sense at all times.
- 1.2 Roleplay must always come first over game mechanics.
- 1.3 Admin decisions are final (appeals allowed via forum).
- 1.4 Leaving or AFKing to avoid RP is forbidden.
2. NEW PLAYER PROTECTION (LEVEL SYSTEM)
- 2.1 Level 1–2 are considered New Players.
- 2.2 New Players cannot be heavily targeted for crime.
- 2.3 New Players robbery limit: $1,000 max.
- 2.4 New Players scam limit: $1,000 max (items only preferred).
- 2.5 Level 3+ are fully unrestricted.
3. VOICE CHAT (VOIP) RULES
- 3.1 VOIP (Discord, Teamspeak, etc.) is OOC ONLY.
- 3.2 VOIP cannot be used for IC communication.
- 3.3 Law Enforcement may use VOIP ONLY for:
- 3.3a Active pursuit coordination
- 3.3b Real-time suspect location updates
- 3.3c Situations where typing is not realistically possible
4. DEATHMATCH (DM)
- 4.1 Killing requires a valid IC reason.
- 4.2 Minor insults are NOT valid kill reasons.
- 4.3 Revenge killing is strictly forbidden.
- 4.4 Vehicle killing (VDM) is forbidden.
- 4.5 Initiating violence without RP escalation is forbidden.
5. POWERGAMING (PG)
- 5.1 No unrealistic actions.
- 5.2 No forcing RP outcomes on other players.
- 5.3 No combat exploiting (bunnyhopping, Rambo rushing).
- 5.4 No unrealistic vehicle or stunt physics abuse.
6. METAGAMING (MG)
- 6.1 No using OOC info IC.
- 6.2 No Discord/VOIP IC coordination.
- 6.3 No identifying masked players without RP.
- 6.4 No sharing IC info OOC.
7. ROBBERY RULES
- 7.1 Maximum robbery value: $2,500 per player.
- 7.2 New Players (Level 1–2): max $1,000.
- 7.3 No forcing bank withdrawals or ATM usage.
- 7.4 Must allow victim RP response.
- 7.5 No robbery in Safe Zones.
- 7.6 No robbery chaining (same victim repeatedly).
- 7.7 Robbery exceeding $2,500 → Rule 7.1 violation
- 7.8 Robbing Level 1–2 for $3,000 → Rule 7.2 violation
- 7.9 Forcing bank transfer → Rule 7.3 violation
8. SCAMMING RULES
- 8.1 Maximum scam value: $5,000.
- 8.2 New Players (Level 1–2): max $1,000 scam.
- 8.3 No property or vehicle scamming.
- 8.4 No OOC deception scams (friend abuse, trust scams).
- 8.5 Scamming $6,000 → Rule 8.1 violation
- 8.6 Scamming Level 1–2 player for $2,000 → Rule 8.2 violation
- 8.7 Selling fake vehicle ownership → Rule 8.3 violation
9. SAFE ZONES / NO CRIME AREAS
- 9.1 No crime in safe zones at any time.
- Police Stations
- Hospitals
- City Hall
- Spawn Areas
- Job Centers
10. ROLEPLAY STANDARDS
- 10.1 Must use /me and /do correctly.
- 10.2 Must allow realistic response time.
- 10.3 No skipping RP interactions.
- 10.4 Must roleplay injuries properly.
11. VEHICLE RULES
- 11.1 No unrealistic driving or stunts.
- 11.2 No driver drive-by.
- 11.3 No vehicle as primary weapon (VDM abuse).
12. BUG ABUSE & EXPLOITS
- 12.1 All bugs must be reported.
- 12.2 No exploiting bugs or scripts.
- 12.3 Attempting duplication or advantage exploitation is banned.
13. SEXUAL ROLEPLAY RULES
- 13.1 All players must be 18+ OOC for sexual RP.
- 13.2 Characters under 18 cannot participate in sexual RP.
- 13.3 All sexual RP must be consensual OOC.
- 13.4 Sexual RP must be in private areas only.
- 13.5 Pedophilia RP
- 13.6 Rape RP or non-consensual sexual actions
- 13.7 Public sexual RP
- 13.8 ERP-only characters
14. ADMIN & COMPLIANCE RULES
- 14.1 Follow admin instructions at all times.
- 14.2 Appeals must be done through forums.
- 14.3 Refusing admin RP is punishable.
