Oversees all server operations, including staff coordination, policy implementation, and long-term planning. Ensures that every department functions efficiently and maintains the direction and quality of Project: Las Venturas.
- Head of Development: Roy Nash
Leads technical development. Manages scripts, mapping, systems, and integrations. Sets coding standards and coordinates with mappers and scripters for server updates.
- Server Manager: Kremzy
Supervises public communication, player engagement, and community relations. Ensures announcements, events, and social presence are consistent and professional.
- Faction Management: Kremzy
Directs all in-game faction operations. Approves new factions, families, and gangs, manages and works with leaders, monitors performance, and enforces faction/family policies.
- Head of Staff: Roy Nash
Authority over administrative staff. Handles high-level decisions, internal disputes, and player management policies. Acts as a bridge between Executive and Administrative Command.
