Vice City's oldest family-run law firm ceased operations this week, following the departure of senior partner Arthur P. Hollingsworth III. The firm, founded by Hollingsworth's grandfather in 1971, was acquired by █████████████████████████ in a private transaction.

Hollingsworth, 62, could not be reached for comment. Sources close to the Leonida Bar confirm that a disciplinary complaint filed against Hollingsworth in █████████ was withdrawn last month due to █████████████████. The nature of the complaint was not disclosed.

"Arthur's father was a pillar of this community," said retired Judge ████████████████. "I knew the boy when he first passed the bar. It's a damn shame how these old firms fall apart."
