Project: Las Venturas

This marketplace is our server-wide marketplace for clean, legal, in-character trade.

It exists for realistic buying, selling, and exchanging of:
- Vehicles
- Properties
- Goods and items
- Services and employment offers

All listings must be clear, realistic, and grounded in IC value.

Every post should include:
- A clear description of what is being offered
- A realistic asking price
- Honest condition/status of the item/property/service

Misleading advertising (such as vague claims like “fully upgraded” without explanation) is not allowed. Everything must be understandable from an in-character perspective.

- All deals must be conducted in-character
- Negotiations should remain public and transparent within the thread
- All offers and bids must be visible to everyone involved
- Once agreed, transactions should be completed through in-character interaction

- Listings with no activity will be removed after 14 days (vehicles & properties)
- Job offers, services, and general adverts may be removed after 21 days of inactivity
- Players are responsible for keeping their listings updated or reposting if needed

- You may refresh your listing once every 24 hours
- Repeated reposting of identical ads is not allowed
- Updates must contain meaningful changes (price change, availability, details, etc.)

- No private or hidden bidding systems
- No off-platform or OOC trade agreements
- No fake listings, baiting, or misleading ownership claims
- No exploiting new or inexperienced players in trades

- Do not derail listings with off-topic discussions
- Be respectful even if you are not interested
- Use private communication only when necessary for IC follow-up

The Exchange is strictly for legal roleplay. The following are not allowed:
- Illegal goods or services
- Stolen or untraceable property listings
- Fraudulent or scam-based advertisements
- Any attempt to fake ownership or manipulate trade systems

Staff may remove, edit, or sanction any listing that:
- Breaks realism or immersion
- Attempts to scam or deceive players
- Disrupts the fairness of the marketplace
